Snow Globe Semi-Formal Dance
1. When is the formal?
Friday, January 16th, from 7-9:30 PM
2. Where is the formal?
PCHS cafeteria - please enter from the front courtyard entrance
3. What do I need in order to attend the formal?
All students must have a ticket and a completed agreement form for themselves and any outside guests.
4. How do I purchase tickets?
To purchase a ticket, please see Mrs. Phthisic on the English hallway or Mrs. Rucker in the front office.
5. Where can I get an agreement form?
Agreement forms can be picked up from the front office or Mrs. Phthisic.
6. Can I purchase my ticket without a signed agreement form?
You may pay for your ticket, but your physical ticket will not be issued to you until your completed form has been returned. Signed agreement forms should be returned no later than Tuesday, January 13th.
7. What is the dress code for The Snow Globe?
Students are encouraged to dress in semi-formal to formal attire. All PCHS dress code requirements must continue to be met.
